All orders are made to order and will take about 

2-3 days after the purchase to be handmade and fabricated. Then it will be shipped out to you within the (4 business day period).Your order can indeed be received much faster depending on the volume of orders at that time.

Express shipping

Orders purchased with "express" shipping are fulfilled within 48 hours, then shipped to you within the 1-2 business day time frame.

Once you've ordered you will receive an order confirmation by email of phone number. Our main carrier is USPS (United States Postal Service), however most orders from outside of the U.S will be shipped with DHL. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If the buyers package is returned to us as an address not being able to locate the buyer is FULLY RESPONSIBLE for covering the cost to re-ship any order.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. IF THE TRACKING NUMBER POST INDICATES THAT YOUR PACKAGE IS ON ITS WAY OR DELIVERED WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR UNDELIVERED/LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGE.

YOU WILL HAVE TO FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS
